Subject: Busy, busy, busy…
Body: Hello, hello, hello,It’s been a busy week in the world of STRANGE A.Phil Orange kindly aired ‘Why Don’t You’ on River Gibbs FM. “STRANGE A are a fantastic band, well worth catching live.”

NAB Radio love STRANGE A. Heavy Rotation is the phrase of the week, and we’re on it – DJ Blue is playing our songs Tuesday through to Friday, DJ Eyebee has started playing our songs Monday through to Saturday. Their shows are filled to the brim with fantastic music (please check our bulletins for airtime).

To quote the wonderful Debra Vice Holt, our gig at the Pressure Point was bloody fantastic: “There was an energy and confidence in your music and performance that really stood out. It was so exciting to watch.” We’d especially like to thank Charley & Tim for their support – you guys ROCK!

This is a good opportunity to introduce Rob to everyone. He is our new drummer, and we’re well chuffed to have him on board. He really does add that extra dimension to the band. His playing is solid with great musicality. Our sound is complete – THANK YOU Rob.

The Electric Hippies have nearly completed their remix of ‘Climb a Tree.’ The latest ‘groovy dance’ version can be found on our music player (hidden track).

You can now hear our first broadcast on Fame Games:

We’ve had tons of reviews. The presenters’ comments are very positive: cute name, quirky, good little track, my favourite, STRANGE A ROCK!

Cheers me dears!

Simon is getting clever with html code. He has designed our 1st banner, which you are more than welcome to use. Please message us for the code.

Our good friend Daniel Topple made STRANGE A his first ‘Weekend Performer of the Day,’ featuring our tracks throughout the weekend: “STRANGE A are one of the best bands I’ve had the pleasure to hear on Myspace” – NICE!

Statistics – within a short space of time, we’ve gone from 6,000 to over 7,000 profile views, from 2,000 to over 3,000 plays of ‘Heart of Stone,’ and from 600 to over 700 friends. A BIG “Thank You” goes to all our friends on Myspace – your support is very much appreciated!!

NAB Radio also support Fred Kimmel, Sali Oguri, Billy Foxx Pemberton, NALEDi, Smith 6079, and the Electric Hippies.

Finally, we’d like to thank Littleman for organising the gig at the Pressure Point.

As always, these wonderful people really do appreciate support from both bands & fans, so please check them out – see our latest BLOG for direct links or copy & paste the addresses below.

ENJOY!

Lots of love,

John
